Relationship Restoration Coaching:

I help Christian women who are experiencing destructive, disappointing, dismissive, and difficult relationships navigate the communication challenges, discover, honor, and live their CORE VALUES,  set healthy boundaries, and empower their identity in Christ so that they can experience genuine, honest connection and true intimacy with God, with themselves and with others. Women who understand their worth and value are able to steward their lives and be lead by love instead of being pushed by fear. 

Being lead by love, into love empowers us to own the truth that boundaries are not barriers; they are the expressions of our self-respect and our love for others. Proverbs 4:23 advises us to guard our hearts, for they are the wellspring of life. Setting boundaries means loving others from a place of strength, not obligation or fear.
