Thank you for your interest in our Tapestry of Adoption Tele-Coaching Program. This program has been uniquely created and divided into three Tele-Conference groups. This group is designed for:
Adoptive Moms, Birth (First) Moms, Adult Adoptees!
There will be participants from several different areas in the United States and perhaps beyond. All groups are confidential, safe, and individually focused. Participation in each group must be approved by LeAnne Parsons, The Walk Your Talk Coach ~ the facilitator. A desire and commitment to complete the entire SIX-session program, as well as a confidentiality agreement is required and must be made by each participant.
When adoption touches your life, it can have an impact on some or all of the major areas of life. The intention for this group is to identify the current challenges or issues you are facing.
I will be coaching you to help you gain insight, awareness and access to new tools and resources to move from surviving in your story to thriving in your legacy living. We can’t always change the circumstances of our lives, but we can transform the way we interact with them. To step with confidence and lead, live, and love in a more empowered way with higher levels of energy and engagement is possible, and achievable. Even when facing the challenges surrounding adoption, or the challenges of living the “new normal” post adoption. Every situation is unique, however there are some common threads. Together we will discover those.
Please email LeAnne Parsons at LegacyNowLived@gmail.com or call her at 505-412-1817 for more information. Thank you!
Heirloom Coaching™ is about supporting those impacted by adoption find their own solutions to challenges they are facing and to set their own self-designed goals and strategies with the support of the facilitator. Each group member will choose their level of participation and will engage in the ways that are comfortable for them albeit with enough support, tools and inspiration to be willing to also stretch their capacity so as to facilitate growth through the coaching process and the experience of the group. In the end, we always meet the family member where they are and support you to be the designer of your life after adoption.
LeAnne is an adoptee herself, and has been quoted often for coining the phrase “ I am the baby in the crib 50 years later, please do not forget that I will grow up, I will have questions, and it is not a reflection on your love for me that I desire to discover who I am.” She has delivered adoption coaching and wellness workshops, coaching and leadership training to individuals and groups.
LeAnne is also a trained volunteer facilitator for the American Cancer Society’s, “Look Good Feel Better” program and is working on two letters of intent to apply for major grants to study coaching and its impact on Adoption Triad members. Not knowing medical history has been a predominant reason for missed diagnosis and over prescribed expensive health testing.
I am honored to walk with each of you!
