Colleen D.C Marquez  speaks to churches, pregnancy centers, schools, hospitals, peaceful pro life ministries, and women’s health clinics to provide adoption education and support for women, children and families. She is the grateful mom of 2 children she and her husband adopted 19 and 10 years ago after many years of infertility. She and her family are blessed throughopen adoptions with their both their children’s birth families. Colleen is personally and professionally passionate about finding ways to help the culture embrace adoption as a loving option – both for unplanned pregnancy and infertility. Her first children’s book, A Gift for Little Tree – a parable about apples, adoption and love was the story that changed her own heart about adoption 20 years ago,and was recently published and released in January 2014.
